Sunday 20 October 2024, my wife, I and our two cousins ​​went to visit the beautiful churches and the medieval town of Randazzo. Stunning. At around 1.30 pm we went to have lunch at the La Bifora restaurant. Elegant place, kind and attentive staff. We chose the fixed menu of 30 euros per person. They served us an abundant appetizer of cheeses, cured meats and jelly (they made an encore of jelly)! Followed by very tasty macaroni with meat sauce!!! And then sliced ​​veal and sausage with a side of chicory!!! Local wine, water, coca-cola and finally razor clams with ricotta and pistachio. They also offered us bitters and coffee!!! We were satisfied with the warmth of the welcome and the excellent lunch!!! Restaurant in the centre, we will definitely return. Congratulations to the owner and his staff.

We happened to pass through Randazzo and discovered the (la?) Bifora. We were very pleasantly surprised by the typicality of the place and the quality of the cuisine. + not expensive.

Agriturismo Il Sentiero Degli Ulivi

07/10/2024: Excellent value for money. Simple room, comfortable bedding, quiet and efficient air conditioning, small fridge, TV, shower room with bidet... everything is there. Perfect location and very beautiful view of the sea on one side, and Etna on the other. The environment is magnificent: lemon trees, flowers and olive trees as far as the eye can see. The only downside for the ground floor rooms is that there are no windows that can be opened at night, just 2 doors with fixed glass. The owner of the place puts his hand in the kitchen, which is very welcome after a day of discovery.
16/06/2024: Also excellent for staying 1 night, plentiful and good quality breakfast with homemade products. The owners are very helpful and courteous. Absolutely recommended

27/10/2024: Friendliness, charming atmosphere, excellent cuisine. We felt pampered, they were always attentive to our needs and the staff is very professional. Ideal place to spend relaxing days.
01/09/2024: Excellent location even if a little difficult to reach, very efficient service, the starter buffet very good and varied, the dishes at the table and the dessert buffet a little less so. But in general everything is ok, it's just a matter of personal taste and not the quality of the dishes.
