Right from the initial screen, the game fails to convey particularly positive sensations: the graphics appear poorly maintained and the visual impact is rather disappointing. Once the game started, I was forced to wait for a bot to intervene to be downloaded into the main lobby. The wait wasn't long, but it still broke the rhythm of the experience. The lobby, once loaded, proved to be rather small and uncomfortable, immediately limiting freedom of movement and interaction. A larger and more welcoming environment would certainly have contributed to improving the initial impression. The start-up times of the actual match, however, were good: quick loading and fluid transitions gave the illusion of a potentially compelling match.
