The place of my childhood, when a panzerotto cost 1000 lire, now even if I no longer live in Noci, when I return I gladly return, also wanting good pizzas, in the summer there are also outdoor tables for eating in, friendly service, often you have to wait a long time, especially for the pizzas, good panzerotti even if once they were better, but I have memories of other times and different management.

Anyway, as far as I'm concerned, it's the best panzerotto I've had outside of Bari. Good, tasty, with a crispy, non-greasy dough. I'll definitely be back.

A pleasant evening despite the somewhat long wait. I went there for dinner, taking advantage of the nice weather to eat outside. The atmosphere is very pleasant. The service was a bit slow. It wasn't very crowded, so maybe it was just an unusual evening. Fortunately, the quality of the food made up for the wait. The pizza was really good. The panzerotto was also excellent, crispy on the outside and generously filled. The pizza is worth a visit for its quality. I'm giving it 4 stars because, despite the less than perfect service, the food is worth it. I'll be back to try other options.

10/01/2026: We went to Golden on a Saturday night, so we made a reservation—and it was definitely the right call, as the place was completely full. Because of the crowd, the atmosphere was quite noisy, but still lively and energetic. The restaurant is family-run and you can really feel their experience in the way everything is handled. The menu is very extensive, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The restaurant isn’t right in the very center of Polignano, but since the town is small, it’s very easy to reach. In a way, that’s actually a plus: being slightly outside the main tourist area means the prices feel more authentic and haven’t been inflated for tourism. They’re honestly very fair. The waiters were kind and attentive. We did wait a bit longer than expected for the pizzas, however, once the food arrived, it was worth it: the dough was very good, the pizza light and well topped. Delicious! I would happily go back.
