The best Bolognese cutlet I've ever eaten, top hospitality and professional but informal service at the same time, aimed at satisfying the customer's needs. Average price. Excellent choice

Piccola trattoria molto semplice. Sembra di essere a casa per quanto siano gentili . Tagliatelle veramente notevoli per non parlare del cotechino. Era una vita che non sentivo il suo profumo prima di assaggiarlo e gustarmelo, tanto che ne avrei richiesto un secondo piatto per quanto fosse buono. Mascarpone fatto sul momento veramente buono. Per finire conto assolutamente abbordabile . Consigliatissimo ma è meglio prenotare perché è veramente una piccola chicca a due passi da bologna

Incredible experience. Amazing hospitality with incredible Emilia regional food at a great and honest price. Places like this should be preserved for future generations. Thanks again and we will definitely come back!

Typical cuisine in its maximum expression! The dishes are excellent and every time I feel like I'm returning to my grandmother's house as a child! It is a place where you feel at ease and nothing is missing! The service is excellent and attentive. The prices are really excellent in relation to the quality! If you haven't been there yet, it's a must! Congratulations to the staff of Trattoria La Bassa!

02/01/2025: A pleasant surprise half an hour by motorway from Bologna. Authentic tavern in flavors and hospitality. Handmade pasta, delicious meat and homemade ragù. We will be back! Greetings from Gargano and Calabria ☺️
12/10/2024: Ho recensito questo ristorante nel 2022; a distanza di due anni posso solo confermare tutto quello che avevo detto. Ristorante raccolto, gestito da una persona meravigliosa; qualità del cibo ottima, ci si sente un po’ a casa. Buona scelta di vini in un ambiente molto piacevole. È l’ideale per una sosta anche per chi viaggia per lavoro trovandosi a circa 500 m dall’uscita di Rioveggio. Non mancherò di fermarmi nuovamente durante i miei trasferimenti di lavoro tra Milano e Roma.

I Carracci Ristorante

28/01/2025: Ristorante dell’ Hotel Baglioni cinque stelle, che di rimando possiede un ristorante a 5 stelle, per location, servizio, e qualità del cibo. Là qualità dei prodotti e’ forse il punteggio maggiore. I tortellini in brodo un vero classico, eran quelli che ti aspetti mangiare a Bologna, con un gusto tradizionale. Il sapore del brodo era intenso, un sapore quasi antico.
27/01/2025: Exceptional experience through and through. The atmosphere sets the tone with the beautiful ceilings by the Carracci brothers. The service was exceptional, on point, knowledgeable, with excellent pace. Andrea and Gianluca took excellent care of us. The food courses were an exceptional variety of choices with a more contemporary and qualitative approach yet keeping true to the world renowned Bolognese cuisine. It was the birthday of my wife and I appreciated all the wonderful attention and care. So,so happy we are only 1 hour 10 minutes away!
