Cibo in fin dei conti così così. Carta dei vini forse interessante ma in fin dei conti non molto allettante. Nel complesso un po’ una delusione.

We ate here on a Friday evening and felt very pampered. Excellent cuisine, 10/10 for the sweetbreads and coratella but everything very good. The very kind and friendly guys and owner recommended us some excellent wines to pair with each course.

Wine bar with elite wines and refined menu. I ate very well, high quality and excellent prices for lunch. I thank my friend Giuseppina who recommended it to me. The staff is very kind. I recommend booking!

Open Baladin

26/08/2024: Was very warm inside, almost hotter inside than out. Staff took about 20 minutes to serve a beer. Would not recommend the lager. Clean bathrooms.
25/08/2024: Time passes but Open Balladin is always a guarantee. All good even if they get the burger cooked wrong. Great choice of craft beer. Again recommended

11/08/2024: Far from your traditional Rome trattoria. When you walk in, it feels like you’re entering an exclusive nightclub. Judging by the upbeat electronic music and dark interior design, it almost is. Very nice staff who know wine, probably the first time in Rome where the red wine didn’t have the same temperature as the hot summer weather. My only complaint is that the volume for the wine by the glass was a bit low (it ain’t cheap). The kitchen mixes classic Italian with some modern influences. Experimental without being pretentious. We had the pigeon, which was well cooked on the skin side but left rare on the other, a bit weird but apparently “traditional”.
