Review Location Upon arrival, the wait to be escorted to the reserved table was quite long, a detail that clashes with expectations in a setting of this caliber. The terrace, overlooking the lake, proved to be a charming setting, elevating the experience with a truly enchanting view. Welcome and aperitif I chose to order a drink to begin. The lack of a small side dish—though not essential—did not show the attention to detail that is generally appreciated, especially in a fine setting. Cuisine The cordon bleu I ordered proved well-executed, with a satisfying balance of flavors and an overall convincing preparation. Ambience The restaurant's interior is clean and well-kept, conveying a tidy and pleasant image. Service The real sore point of the evening was the service: the wait staff seemed inattentive and, after the dinner arrived, didn't bother to clear the tables of aperitif glasses and plates. In such a prestigious setting, one would expect more attentive customer service and exemplary service. Conclusion Despite the beauty of the location and a reasonably solid cuisine, the shortcomings in organization and, above all, in service significantly diminish the overall quality of the experience. Beautiful location with view on the lake. Service is missing it though. Waited 30 minutes to pay and had to ask 3 different staff members to finally pay. Food was fine, but meh. Don't expect too much. We didn't feel welcomed at all, more like a nuissance.

I'd say the pizza was very good, and I'd give the pizza chef 5 stars. However, we didn't like the service. They were rushed and didn't pay attention to my requests. Maybe they were too busy, I understand. We're sorry, but we won't be back. You can improve, and then it would be perfect.

Very good food and excellent service. The terrace is pleasant and very cozy, and the decor is nice. The interior is perfect for cold days.
