I have visited this restaurant located near the historic center of Empoli several times. I must admit that my visits have been limited, as booking a table is often a difficult task due to the busy crowds. The success of this place, in my opinion, derives from a combination of factors that gives Ciborgo the title of one of the most renowned restaurants in Empoli. With a warm and familiar atmosphere, characterized by simple but welcoming furnishings, it is possible to delight in excellent dishes, especially those based on fish, the undisputed specialty of the house. In all my experiences, the service has always been courteous and helpful. I recommend booking in advance.
