Really nice place, in my opinion a little expensive but definitely the perfect place to meet up and have a chat with friends over breakfast. There is no table service, so you queue and are served from the counter with steel trays until you get to the cashier.
Overall a positive experience, but if you don't know the dynamics of the service it could cause a little discomfort at the beginning. But just ask the super kind and helpful waitress

At lunch. Crescentine and fried gnocco. The first ones are so-so, good dumplings, good cured meats. Kind service, anonymous place but with a nice view of the Amendola park.

Nice place located near the port of Viareggio. Excellent local cuisine, especially the fish starters, the first courses including tagliolini with knives, maltagliati with squid ink sauce and grilled fish. Finally, the homemade desserts are recommended. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This was my first stop in Modena this year, the staff was great. We ate big gnocco fritto with mortadella and it was delicious. What I did not expect that the ice tea was lipton from the bottle.
While they accept walk ins, I recommend making a reservation beforehand for bigger groups.
