Focaccia and a welcome that warms the soul.
As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a smell that takes your stomach (and heart): warm focaccia, stringy cheese... and you immediately understand that you are in the right place. The cheese focaccia is a marvel: crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, with that stringy filling that is addictive.
But beyond the food, what really makes the difference is humanity.
Andrea was impeccable. Kind, smiling, always present but never intrusive. He made us feel at ease right away, with a naturalness and care that are rarely found today. He is the face of hospitality, and you can see that he puts his heart into it.
And then there is Biagio, the silent engine of all this. He is in the kitchen, away from the spotlight, but every dish that comes out speaks of him. He took just a moment for a photo — with that face of someone who works hard but truly loves what he does — and that look was enough to understand who he is: someone who doesn't seek applause, but deserves it all. Without Biagio, this place wouldn't be the same.
In the center of Recco, a place this authentic is gold. You eat well, you spend the right amount, but above all... you feel good.
We left full, happy and with the desire to return soon.

The place is simple but very clean, with friendly staff and fast service. We arrived without a reservation at 2.30pm and immediately found a seat for two. We tried cheese focaccia, rice cake and focaccia: all delicious.
The sea view from the veranda is beautiful.
Fair prices and also accessible to people with disabilities.
We will be back for sure!

I often travel by motorbike and a few days ago I wanted to go to Recco to the "Baracchetta di Biagio"... to eat the focaccias, the rice cake and the cheese focaccia... I wasn't alone... so much satisfaction.

Passiamo regolarmente e benchè con l'allargamento della baracchetta un poco di fascino si era perso, rimaneva Biagio o almeno la sua focaccia. Ora cordiali e accoglienti i nuovi gestori ma in cucina il declino vi è stato. Urge riprendere la tradizionale soluzione di un tempo e recuperare proprio sul prodotto servito. Anche i prezzi sono esosi, anche rispetto agli esercenti prossimi alla passeggiata. Peccato, ma si può recuperare.

Locale semplice ma eccellente lo frequento da 30 anni.
Focaccette indimenticabili e focaccia al formaggio veramente buonissima.
Il locale è spartano, se vi piacciono i locali raffinati può non essere il posto giusto per voi.
La vista sul mare é splendida, il personale gentile e simpatico, servizio veloce e prezzi giusti.
