Enjoyed a great meal - cosy local and traditional restaurant. Recommend the artichoke starters the beef with balsamic vinegar! The pasta was also great - the perfect texture. Highly recommend. Thanks for having us!

When in Rome you must eat here. This is not the tourist spot. It is completely mom and pop Roman food.

We visited this location while they were offering a tour of Rome and happened upon it by chance while they were setting up another restaurant a few meters away. The restaurant had good reviews, but as we were walking by, there was a chalkboard outside with the daily menu, which included lamb, so I didn't hesitate, as that was exactly what I wanted to eat. I didn't regret it. It was very good with potatoes.

A lovely little ristorante. We were seated without a reservation immediately and the place quickly started to fill up. The staff are lovely and very welcoming to our English speaking selves (English menu available). We had the cacio e pepe and amatriciana- both were delicious. Maybe slightly too al dente for my liking but I’m also not Roman so I am probably wrong lol. The homemade white was delicious as well. Very crisp with little tannins. A very clean drop. PS- They’re dog friendly as well! Two adorable puppers came in during our meal.

17/10/2025: Excellent, authentic trattoria. The atmosphere is simple but welcoming. The food is spectacular (the best carbonara and zuppa inglese ever) and the wine by the glass is truly delicious. I can't wait to go back.
10/10/2025: A small, cozy restaurant. Not suitable for large groups. I had a fabulous carbonara. I didn't get a chance to try the main course because I was in a hurry. I'll definitely return if I'm in the area.

13/11/2025: I got bonus money on a website (you can see it in the photo) and decided to treat myself to dinner. At first I just wanted a quick bite, but I ended up sitting here, enjoying delicious pasta and having a great evening.
13/11/2025: Food is very average at best. There are sooo many better places close by with better food for less $. The server discussed how you can tip and they even ask on their payment device? ANY GOOD PLACE IN ROME WILL NOT ASK THAT. I live in the area and you can do better believe me.
