The best pizza in Catania and its province, the pizza chefs are two very young and talented guys, the real Neapolitan pizza with a high edge and a soft and thin interior, the place is delicious and special and also welcoming, I recommend it 👍

Excellent aperitif, full of really good things, quality cured meats, excellent ricotta and ravioli (which seemed to be made by them and not the packaged ones) with a very good ragù. Even the price for what they served us was good, an experience to repeat.

Coming from Rome and after a tour of Etna, we chose to sleep in Nicolosi to have dinner at the Baita di Rosmarie and be able to savor the dishes with Etna mushrooms.... What delights 😍
Expectation not disappointed
- Appetizers:
of “Dorati della casa” with a mixture of vegetables, cheeses, breaded and fried mushrooms.
- First courses:
Tagliatelle with Etna mushrooms baked in foil and Sicilian Maccheroncini montanara style
all accompanied by a good local red wine.

Posto molto suggestivo, come una vera e propria baita. Ma a parte la suggestione del luogo, c’è poco altro. Cibo nella media, nulla di indimenticabile. Servizio abbastanza dormiente. Carino da andarci una volta, ma non ci tornerei.

Ottimo posto abbastanza rustico, con cibo abbondante e portate veloci e molto buone. Consiglio. Peccato che non sia accessibile per i disabili per via della porta piccola, e scalino da 20 cm. Proprietari gentili, camerieri professionali. Prezzi ottimi
