Booked last minute and it was a fantastic discovery. Very friendly staff, varied menu, delicious food, and impeccable service. All surrounded by mountains. Not to be missed... highly recommended!

A very welcoming place Delicious food Recommended

The menu isn't huge (I appreciate this aspect), very mountain-style with few frills. It tastes better than it looks. We had three starters, all tasty and with adequate portions. The upstairs dining room was nice and warm, a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Lunch on Saturday at the end of the snow season was very relaxed. The only drawback: all three starters were lukewarm, not piping hot, but they were easily devoured.

The staff were kind and helpful, but we found the kitchen had a bad day. Out of four children, only three received their meal with our appetizers. One of them waited far too long for his dish. Furthermore, the entrees didn't even arrive together: some had finished, and others still had to receive their dish. But there are many positives: the spacious, charming place, typical of a place spread over two floors. The staff was kind and understanding. The prices were reasonable, and the appetizers (charcuterie and cheese platters) were excellent, made with quality ingredients. Unfortunately, the entrees didn't meet our expectations, but they were still good. The timing could definitely be improved, and I would halve the menu to avoid confusion. 3.5 stars

Everything was excellent, and I highly recommend this place: excellent food, well-prepared and satisfying; a welcoming atmosphere; and discreet, highly professional service.

Stop in the snow, good food, fast service!

Nestled in a beautiful valley, this Baita restaurant serves traditional cuisine, including excellent cured meat platters, homemade pasta, and game. Recommended.
