Wonderful little place, huge pizzas and above all you could feel the freshness of the ingredients! Youthful and prepared service, plus despite the place being full, the pizza arrived promptly. P.s even the desserts are no different

I went on Saturday evening with my partner after doing an internet search and I must say that we had a good time. From the welcome from the staff to the food. Fast service even though it was full. The pizza is really as big as the plate, good and not heavy. Dessert and beer all good. Young and well-trained waiters, everything always under control. Location that reflects the name, very beautiful!! I recommend booking for Saturday. Limited parking but there is the possibility of placing it on the side of the road or on the other side of the road. When we find ourselves in the Moncalieri area again we will not hesitate to return!!

E anche questo fine settimana siamo ospiti da Fabio e Maria. Sembra di stare a casa propria, locale pulitissimo, personale eccellente (Valerio il top) cibo squisito velocissimi ,prezzi buonissimi. Maria la gentilezza fatta persona.

We were for the first time in this pizzeria which is reminiscent of mountain huts, courteous and efficient staff, pizza chef who knows how to do his job very well, perfect cooking of pizzas and farinata, normal waiting times, infinite choice of ingredients. When you want to eat a "lady" pizza, go to Baita CONSGLIATO without fail Another "Gem" you have to taste is the tiramisu made by the cook...a real goodness, ingredients mixed in the right quantities that make every bite a treat for the very good palate!

13/03/2025: Ottima location , c’eravamo già stati la scorsa estate praticamente a pochi mesi dall apertura anche ni. Invece devo dire che domenica sera , otttima cena in saletta privata in 6 persone servizio eccellente , molto preparato il cameriere che ha servito devi fare i complimenti anche a nome degli amici che andavano per la prima volta . Consigli ottimi per una persona al tavolo vegetariana

Entrée: Tasteless, odorless, petty Appetizers: Discreet presentation; genuine and captivating flavours. First: Good portion, good cooking but nothing exceptional. Second: Braised and roasted, from memory, are two different preparations; I could be mistaken in my experience but I doubt that buttery Priest's Hat has seen a marinade of at least 12 hours. As a roast it was good. Wines: Complete and satisfying wine list Off-menu alternatives: Present Price: 50/60 per person Conclusion: Unquestionably, genuine and top quality products are used for the preparations but overall it does not fully correspond to expectations.
