An excellent burger, perfectly assembled, so much so that you can squeeze it and hold it in your hand and bite into it without the ingredients falling out of the bun. I liked the bread; it was flavorful and added a special touch to the ingredients inside. The burger remained slightly pink, but it would have been a crime to cook it any longer given the quality of the meat. Even the most fearful should think again and conquer their fears. With every bite, you can clearly taste all the flavors of the ingredients individually. A surprise. The side dish must be chosen separately and stands out from the majority, which often "offer" fries. The choice of accompanying the sandwiches with ash-roasted potatoes was a perfect fit. The coffee prepared and served in a moka pot was the perfect finish. We sat at the tables outside given the sunny day. Pleasant. Fair price, I'd say. Given the quality of the hamburger, we put a bell because it will deserve a second visit to try the meat well displayed in its refrigerated display case.

A meat-based dinner, excellent and of excellent quality. A warm, welcoming place where you can enjoy different types, from burgers to lamb, to ribs and fillets from various sources 🌍. We also ordered a cheese platter, which was delicious. The staff was helpful and attentive to every need. Recommended.
