L' Artigiano della Pizza In Vicenza

Very good pizza, really good, with excellent dough and cooked in a wood oven. Friendly staff, clean room. Already very satisfied with the Christmas panettone, I decided to also try the Easter Colomba; the dough was soft and light, with excellent quality ingredients. Compliments to the craftsman.

The pizza is good and digestible, but it's a shame that the owner does everything she can to cut the burnt parts with a washer (in my opinion, it's a very unpleasant thing to find a pizza already cut) and fills the pizzas and then takes the money and so on, always without washing the hands.... I hope this review helps give some ideas on better hygienic behavior. After your response I will publish the receipt...
