I tried L'Antico Arca pizzeria in Cellamare and was truly impressed.
They have a dedicated gluten-free laboratory, managed with great care and professionalism.
The owner, Vito, was incredibly kind and helpful: when I booked, I requested that the dough not contain legume flour, and I was granted this request without any problem.
We started with speck and mozzarella rolls and some fantastic homemade sgagliozze, not frozen, which were truly delicious.
The pizza was one of the best I've ever eaten: light, soft, crispy, and very digestible.
It was exceptional!! Every bite was a delight.
Another strong point is the attention to the quality of the raw materials: locally sourced products and organic flours.
The owners are welcoming, friendly, and very knowledgeable: they make you feel at home right away.
A place I absolutely recommend to anyone looking for excellent pizza, even gluten-free, without sacrificing flavor and authenticity.

I'm not from the area, but every time I'm in the area (and I often am), Antico Arco is always a must-visit. Vito, the owner, is kind and helpful, and you can tell he's passionate about his work, along with his wife Angela, who is also the first female pizza chef I've ever seen: incredibly skilled, precise, and with a special touch.
The quality of the food is truly top-notch: fresh, locally sourced ingredients and truly delicious pizzas. It's a place I always love to return to.

A pizzeria out of the ordinary. Vito, the owner, is a great enthusiast and researcher of the quality of the products that he described to us with novice detail. A tip: try the cheeses and mozzarella that you won't find elsewhere. You pay a little more than other places, but there's no comparison. Apart from some unobtainable pizza doughs, if you add that there's no chaos and you can easily find a parking space... ☺️

Pizzeria a conduzione famigliare, si respira aria di famiglia, si sorride e ci si confronta, cordiali e gentili, pizza top, materia prima di altissima qualità, laboratorio gluten free. Una pizza vera, nulla a che vedere con le “sottilette” che ti presentano altri, ne con le “gommosità” di alcuni. Pizze ben condite, senza esitazione, forno a legna. Ogni volta che posso, abitando lontano, io scelgo di mangiare la Pizza, con la P maiuscola.
