As usual, eating pizza, and more, is always an exciting experience here.
Here every prototype of a commercial pizzeria is destroyed because there is nothing commercial here, every product is sought after from grains to oil to cured meats enjoying a pizza, and not only that, means not having that feeling of indigestibility or enjoying a pizza at 8pm and still not having digested it at 11pm.
And then you should come just for the friendliness that you breathe here and to admire the PIZZA MAKER who is the true queen of this place, a woman behind all this flavour, the one who puts into practice the effort of researching the products that are consumed here.
As you can see, this review of mine is all about quality because the tastes are up to each of us to freely choose, even if the new Cruschi peppers are really good for us.

Come al solito mangiare la pizza, e non solo, qui è sempre un' esperienza emozionante.
Qui viene distrutto ogni prototipo di pizzeria commerciale perché qui di commerciale non c'è nulla ogni prodotto è ricercato dai grani all'olio ai salumi gustare un pizza ,e non solo, significa non avere quel senso di indigesto oppure gustare una pizza alle 20:00 e non averla digerita ancora alle 23:00.
E poi bisognerebbe venire solo x la simpatia che si respira qui e per ammirare la PIZZAIOLA che è la vera regina di questo posto, si una donna dietro a tutto questo sapore colei che concretizza lo sforzo della ricerca dei prodotti che si consumano qui.
Come vedete questa mia recensione è tutta improntata sulla qualità perché poi i gusti sono a libera scelta di ognuno di noi , anche sé i peperoni cruschi come novità ci stanno proprio bene.

One evening at dinner with friends,
Nice situation in a small village near Bari,
I discovered this small reality where what wins over everything is the food, the raw material and its preparations from the very simple appetizer to the puddle cooked in a wood oven and with different types of dough, each of which is original and good, just last night I tasted two of them, the Andean one and the turmeric and ginger one and I must tell you not the usual pizza also because of their grafted whey mozzarella.
We also tasted their Lucano raw ham, not the usual really good and sweet ham, even on the olives I found a lot of quality.
Thanks for the positive experience, I will definitely return with other friends.

Returning to L'Antico Arco is always a pleasure. Every time Vito is keen to let us taste new ingredients, the result of his tireless research. The pizzas are delicious but I recommend you also treat yourself to something fried. A special mention to the careful and meticulous treatment of NATURALLY gluten-free food and the pleasant presence of Vito and Angela, who, although busy but still always available for a chat.

Siamo andati con dei nostri amici in questa pizzeria che chiamarla pizzeria è riduttivo , è un esperienza di bontà , ampia scelta di pizze con impasti fatti con farine nobili , mozzarella a siero innesto , cordialità , semplicità , pulizia ed educazione. Consigliatissimo
