Another great culinary experience from Chef Rao. A unique journey through traditional Piedmontese dishes revisited in a Chiana fusion style, with influences from the cultures the chef encountered in his explorations of the world. Piedmontese ravioli become wonderful ghioza, tiramisu becomes a sushi roll, and so on. The sliced ​​beef steak was, unfortunately, perhaps the least successful dish.

A wonderful experience. Initially, the owner's welcome was a bit stiff, and she didn't seem very willing to accommodate minor intolerances or tastes so we could still enjoy the tasting menu. Luckily, we overlooked it and were happy we chose it anyway. The mousse bouche and appetizers were delicious, unique, and delicious. The gnocchi could definitely be improved (maybe because it's one of my favorite dishes in general and I found them a bit rubbery). The octopus and bean main course was good, but the dessert (chocolate-covered Gorgonzola ice cream) was a major disappointment. I don't think you can offer a dish like this without first anticipating it and perhaps offering an alternative. I found it inedible. What a shame.

A perfect setting for a special day We chose L'Angelo to celebrate our son's baptism because my husband and I have been choosing this magical spot at the foot of the mountains for years to celebrate special occasions. We felt welcomed, pampered, and at home, in a warm and caring atmosphere. The attention and dedication shown in organizing the decorations were extraordinary: every detail exuded love, passion, and great professionalism. Carola and Enrico are special people, possessing a rare kindness, always present and attentive to making every moment perfect. The elegance of the venue, combined with a sincere welcome, created the ideal backdrop for an unforgettable day. An experience that will remain in our hearts and that we recommend to anyone who wants to celebrate an important moment while feeling truly at home.

I visited this wonderful restaurant this week with my friends. It's our tradition to celebrate every birthday at this magical place, both for the atmosphere and the excellent food (every dish is prepared with attention to the smallest details). I highly recommend it!!!
