Very nice place, efficient and attentive service Excellent food and original proposals

Tried it for the first time today for lunch. The place is cozy, nice and well-kept. Excellent service, well carried out by a fast and helpful smiling waitress. The young pizza chef Claudio Fusco was very good and prepared and, at the end of the service, stopped to tell us his vision of this fascinating profession. The oven is wood fired, the pizzas are very good, well balanced in the ingredients and consequently they were light and digestible. Excellent raw materials. We tried several proposals: one above all was the one that bears the name of the restaurant: L'Aforisma. , with tomato burrata and capocollo. Very good!!!! We will definitely return. Very recommended!

The tiramisu is very good, I will never understand this type of burnt pizza, it is something unusual that they do not have drinks or non-alcoholic drinks that are not soda

I went to this place with friends, I had a great time as they made me feel at home by presenting me, without asking, excellent proposals with lactose-free ingredients due to my intolerance. Delicious pizza! I will definitely be back

I have been to this tastefully decorated gourmet pizzeria several times, consuming à la carte, but also trying the tasting menu on Mondays and the pizza round, which is usually on Tuesday but for the Christmas period it is every day. The quality of the ingredients, the dough and the combination of flavors are excellent. The staff is very kind and helpful. I particularly appreciated the pizza round which is plentiful, varied and unlimited. Unfortunately, during this holiday period, the place is full and exceeds the decibels needed to hold a conversation with the diners and the pizzas are sold at a very slow pace, but otherwise 5 stars. The à la carte and tasting menus have a not very favorable quality/price ratio, and the quality is, as I said, high. Overall I think I'll go back when I want to eat great pizza. Even the Maritozzo with cream and the self-produced panettone are spectacular.
