The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable, they always manage to make us feel at home. The food is great. The fish is fresh and of high quality. I recommend the miso soup, truly a delicacy! Even though there are not many vegetarian/vegan choices on the menu, the dining room staff and kitchen staff are always available to please the customer, offering dishes that are not obvious and delicious. A welcoming place that isn't very noticeable at the moment due to the renovation work on the building under which it is located. Very positive impact upon entering. The place is soberly set up and, to be appreciated, there are real plants on some of the tables. Interestingly, given the quantity of avocados they use, they are growing small avocado plants from seeds in pots then placing them on some tables. Really cute. Not the usual place run by staff from the East of the world and this is already another way to differentiate itself from the many places serving Japanese/Asian/fusion cuisine. Everything we ate was good and the portions were really interesting. Quick in taking orders and bringing the requested dishes. Discordant note, having received the edamame after some rice-based dishes (typically they are brought at the beginning of the meal everywhere). Only one regret: we returned home soaked in the fried food of this type of place. If it weren't for this, it would be ultra TOP!

E’ il classico posto che non ti aspetti vedendolo dall’esterno. Invece appena entri è tutta un’altra cosa. É ben arredato con uno stile caldo e moderno. Il personale è estremamente gentile e professionale. Il menù è molto vario e ha piatti per tutti, da quelli cha amano il pesce crudo e non. Ciò che ci è piaciuto è la qualità, la freschezza del pesce e gli accostamenti degli uramaki special. Il prezzo è allineato alla qualità ma non è proibitivo come alcuni locali a Milano

Locale molto carino, adatto a chi ama il sushi di livello alto. Ottimo anche i gyoza. Prezzi ovviamente alti, in linea con la qualità offerta.

UPDATE 2: By special request I was able to eat uramaki, a temaki and dai baozi. The waiter was not aware that they changed the menu (months ago?) and therefore every dish was agreed upon. Ok, all good. The baozi are poorly filled and dry, in my opinion the prices remain very high for what they offer (coffee 2.50, water 3.00, added to the covers it becomes an asset). With The Fork at least you can get 20% in some bands and days. UPDATE 1: We returned due to the presence of an entirely vegetable menu but suddenly found a menu with no more clues, not even with a symbol for allergens. Hosomaki also disappeared. Mediocre gyoza for the high price, very chewy pasta... They didn't seem like they were made there honestly... Bao good even if I would stuff more considering the €12. We were disappointed considering the excellent impression of the first time and given the €80... BEFORE: Beautiful elegant and at the same time simple environment. A menu with "veggie proposals" that can be veganised. Abundant and excellent tasting dishes, tasty, with lots of vegetables and not at all bland. Medium-high prices but compensated by portions and quality!

Excellent restaurant, very good dishes, tried the Sunshine Roll and the Chicken Gyoza, the Sunshine Roll was very good above all, the combination of the slightly warm tempura prawn inside the Roll and the freshness of the tuna and the raw prawn tartare an excellent combination. The Gyoza are also very good in their simplicity, I recommend pairing them with a ponzu sauce to accentuate their already excellent flavour. Definitely coming back
