We went to dinner at this restaurant on the recommendation of the manager of the Hotel Coccodrillo. Impeccable service. A wonderful pizza, without a doubt one of the best I've eaten with a superb view of the sea. And for dessert, a lovely tiramisu.

It was early April, the weather was looking good, we took the motorbike and set off from Milan via Sassello...halfway? Varazze seaside!!
SM We arrived and, walking, we entered this restaurant, a terrace on the beach, excellent food, and sunshine, what more could you want? The price?? Normal!

Years later, I return to this place. Regardless of other people's praise, the quality here is comparable to a company cafeteria (let's be honest), but not the prices. The 400g sea bass was cut open and full of potatoes. Not enough meat. The octopus was overcooked. The fried fish was limp. In short, if you go here, it's for the balcony overlooking the sea. That's why I gave it a third star.
Even the tiramisu was subpar... Nice location (though it deserves a makeover), but the food was barely adequate.

My family and I have been coming here for Sunday lunches by the sea for a few years now, and we've never been disappointed! We've always enjoyed everything, and the staff has always been friendly and cheerful. We can't wait to return! I recommend trying it if you're in the area.

Per una buona pizza vista mare a Varazze si può scegliere di mangiare al Kursaal Margherita. Si tratta di un ristorante pizzeria nel centro della cittadina ligure, sul lungomare, situato proprio sopra l'omonimo stabilimento balneare. Il locale è composto da un'ampia sala interna e una bella terrazza sul mare, dove è piacevole mangiare al calar del sole, godendo del panorama e della piacevole brezza.La pizza è buona e tra la varietà di gusti tra cui scegliere c'è anche la focaccia tipo Recco.
Pranzo in terrazza sul mare, già solo questo vale 5 stelle! Personale cordiale ed attento, altre 5 stelle! Per 12 euro un piatto abbondantissimo di acciughe fritte (a quella cifra non le compro neanche in pescheria!). Spaghetti ai frutti di mare ricchi ed abbondanti, una pizza Lanterna (pomodoro, mozzarella, stracchino e pesto) davvero ottima e saporita! Non c'e' paragone con altri ristoranti! Vince il rapporto qualità prezzo! Non è sicuramente un ristorante Michelin, ma vince su tutti gli altri ristoranti di Varazze!

La terrazza sul mare è spettacolare.
