As usual, no one or few understand the commitment and mainly the STRESS of those who work and work. I understand your discomfort in the lack of a GREETING, if I personally have the pleasure of always meeting you in the pastry shop, I will "gratify you with a warm hug" to compensate for the missed greeting.
