Drinks are OK, food is OK too, but no more than that. There are plenty of places like this one, and there is nothing that distinguishes it much from others, apart from its location. Yes, whoever tells you whatever, it all comes down to its location, and working hours. At the end of the day, tourists don't care much about food and stuff like that, for them, it is about making nice photos of their trip to/holidays in Como. Yet, when the summer season is gone, Crudo actually gets some advantages - it still remains to be one of the few places on Como where you can grab a couple.of.drinks even in the middle of the night

Non male ma piuttosto costoso. Situato in centro storico con anche tavoli esterni. Buono per chi e' di fretta. Inadatto per non abbienti.

The store is located in the Vallehermoso market, it opened a few days ago. It still has temporary furniture in the dining room space that they say will soon be resolved. It has a kitchen bar open to the public, and a counter with high chairs where you can also sit to drink and eat. The employees are young, enthusiastic people committed to their project, making you feel comfortable and participating in a very lively atmosphere. It has convinced me, although due to the recent opening it takes a while between courses, together with the fact that they already have a large audience in what already seems like a success. The truth is that they offer innovation, with a mix of flavors from Peru, Mexico and Spain in their dishes, which have surprised me. For example, the oysters, of great quality and size, are presented with daring sauces that I recommend trying to deviate from the more traditional way. The beef rib, grilled and then cooked at a low temperature, extraordinary. Like ceviche and chocolate desserts. It has good wines, especially Teixadura, and as a reference draft beer, Victoria.
