Unfortunately, the service leaves a lot to be desired, perhaps because they're used to all their customers doing the all-you-can-eat option. However, I've often found myself ordering the à la carte menu and having to wait quite a while, or having some diners get their food while others wait. The food is average, not particularly good, just average for restaurants in the city, but what we were served was always good. The service is disappointing. I'm not giving it one star, but two because they're kind... but they don't know how to organize themselves.

The food is good... The price is really excellent, including non-alcoholic drinks and dessert... They take orders quite quickly... They also serve tartar at lunch... I will definitely be back...

I have been going to koy for over a year now, the waiters are very kind and above all the food is delicious. In my opinion it is one of the best restaurants I have ever tried.

19/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We ordered a 107-piece box from Arashi Sushi Palermo and were truly satisfied! Delivery was punctual and precise, with the food arriving fresh and perfectly arranged. The sushi was delicious, with excellent-quality fish and perfect cuts. Every piece was meticulously crafted: from the firm yet soft rice, to the balanced flavor of the fish, to the fish roe that added a crunchy, flavorful touch. The nigiri and uramaki were irresistible, especially the ones with salmon and Philadelphia! A truly delightful experience, both for the eyes and the palate. Arashi Sushi is a guarantee for those who love fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented sushi. Highly recommended! 🍣👏
