An excellent ramen in the heart of Florence. The taste of the ramen is elaborated and reinterpreted to meet Western tastes, but this does not make it less valid than other ramen shops. The only flaws are the broken noodles and the unmarinated eggs. Well-made tapas, quite good.

One of the best ramen I had here in Italy. The location is nothing special, but definitely gives the right vibes to eat a nice and warm bowl of ramen. I had the spicy shoyu, and that was really something special. Spicy and rich and just wow, with tasty ingredients and all (marinated egg was the highlight). If you like ramen, you need to come here.

Very friendly service but bathroom at the limit of hygiene... even my two daughters noticed it.
I love cooking and I love mushrooms, I took Tan Tan for the Shiitake which I love, but I found myself with banal Champignons...
Being a restaurateur I always take care to inform the customer of any changes on the menu... I was disappointed... if you want I'll tell you where to find excellent ones at a good price, but don't make fun of people... because someone will notice me and give you a bad review;)

Was looking for something different from the standard Italian and found exactly what I was looking for. Great ramen, highly recommend the Miso option. Filling and tasty.

I'm half Japanese, and I must say, that among the many Japanese restaurants here in Florence they do well-made karage and gyoza, even good ramen with very soft chasu meat, THE ONLY flaw is..... the prices, too much high in my opinion especially for the extra toppings. Advised!

We had lunch at this little restaurant, which we entered by chance. We tasted different dishes, the three types of ravioli offered and the ramen: delicious dishes, comfortable, nice and clean environment, excellent service, we will definitely be back!

Tried their veggie Miso ramen and it’s some of the best ramen my partner and I have ever had. There’s lots of mixed reviews here which I was surprised by.
Make reservations in advance or walk in and hope you get lucky like we did.
