Kosmo In Livigno

Several really good lifts and a few not so good ones. Good but relatively short pistes. Preparation of the slopes is somewhat uneven.

Mottolino Ski Resort is a fantastic destination for all winter sports enthusiasts! ⛷️The slopes are exceptionally well-prepared, offering a great variety of difficulty levels—whether you're a beginner or an expert, there's something for everyone.🗻 The resort is set in a breathtaking mountain landscape, making every ski run a scenic adventure. For families and beginners, the resort has dedicated slopes with a conveyor belt, making learning to ski much easier and more enjoyable. The modern gondola provides quick and comfortable access to the slopes, ensuring a smooth skiing experience. After an active day on the slopes, you can relax in one of the resort’s excellent restaurants, which serve delicious food—perfect for recharging your energy.🍜🧈🍹 Overall, Mottolino is an amazing ski resort with top-notch facilities, stunning views, and a great atmosphere. Highly recommended for skiers of all levels!

Goede pistes geen après ski mogelijkheid meer onderaan de piste. Cosmo meer een Hele dure lounchbar geworden

Very good slopes. Fast cable car and chairlift.

It's a shame to write, you have to see it, strap on your skis and you'll have a banana on your face guaranteed 👍🙂🙂🙂

Climbed up, ate very well, spectacular view, in summer you can go down with a beautiful mountain bike

Ristorante gourmet di qualità, in posizione strategica. E' stata una sorpresa cenare con una proposta di menù pensato a realizzato sui prodotti locali e preparati ancora meglio. Ottimo il servizio, garantito da personale cordiale e preparato. Da consigliare!

Su indicazione della direttrice dell’hotel dove abbiamo soggiornato, ci siamo recati di sera, presso il ristorante Kosmo. Ha una struttura caratteristica, costituita da immense vetrate che si affacciano sulla conca del paese: l’effetto e’ particolarmente suggestivo di notte. Il locale e’ molto vasto, vi e’ pure una lunga tavolata centrale, ma, data la distanza tra i tavoli, offre una discreta privacy. Siamo stati accompagnati gratuitamente col taxi, a disposizione degli ospiti: lodevole iniziativa. La cucina e’ a vista, con menu a la carte. Il servizio e’ rapido e cortese, i tavoli preparati in modo essenziale. Ci hanno portato subito del pane caldo accompagnato da burro (gradevole) ed olio extra vergine. A seguire, alcuni assaggini originali. Come antipasto, abbiamo scelto CAPONATA CON VERDURE DI MONTAGNA, preparato con ortaggi locali, sapientemente miscelati. Abbiamo gustato come primo, CAPPELLACCI RIPIENI DI OSSOBUCO CON SALSA ALLO ZAFFERANO E MIDOLLO E GREMOLADA, piatto decisamente gustoso e originale, anche nella presentazione. A seguire, L’ESSENZA DELLA TROTA DELLA VALMALENCO e GUANCIA DI MAIALE ALLA BIRRA 1816 SU PURÈ DI PATATA ARROSTO CHUTNEY DI CIPOLLA E IL SUO FONDO (quella di manzo era finita), piatti gradevoli e dai sapori particolari. Il ristorante e’ aperto anche a pranzo, ma come detto, e’ piu’ suggestivo dopo il tramonto. Si puo’ pure prenotare il ristorante gourmet, in saletta riservata, almeno 24h prima. Lo consigliamo vivamente a chi vuole mangiare bene in un ambiente diverso. Ci torneremo volentieri, passando per Livigno.
