Sushi that focuses less on appearance and more on substance.
Well-prepared dishes, varied, and in reasonable quantities.
Perfect sashimi, light and easily digestible fried foods.
Lower prices than many downtown places where you have a timer to finish your meal and leave.
Highly recommended.

It's a fairly small restaurant, and the sushi selection is quite limited. The food is good, the staff is friendly, and the prices are like any all-you-can-eat restaurant. However, subjectively speaking, the rating is between 3.5 and 4.

This is my first time at this sushi restaurant, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The sushi is truly delicious. I recommend the all-you-can-eat option. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and informal. I highly recommend it; I'll be back.

The staff are professional, welcoming, serious, and attentive, never overly familiar or intrusive, each in their own place. Above all, they don't slam plates on the table, making you jump. Then, if you need to, you'll have to be patient (and successful), and they'll leave you alone to consume and finish your meal.
But my compliments especially go to those who prepare and train the dining room staff well.

The main thing to say...the food is excellent. So far, among the many I've tried in Rome, it's one of the best. The sushi is fresh, excellent, flavorful, and not overly seasoned. The small tables usually cover the flavors of the fish. The rolls were the perfect size. I enjoyed everything I ate, and the location is simpler than the ones I've seen elsewhere, which are now all very floral and colorful. It was crowded, and you could hear the diners' chatter a lot, but that's okay. I had a lovely, enjoyable evening and will gladly return.
