The food was acceptable, but the service was a bit lacking. I sense a bit of arrogance and a lack of humility in your response, but let me explain. If I go to a restaurant and I like the food, but not the service, I have every right to express my opinion. If you treated your customers better, this might not happen. And yes, don't worry, we won't be back! Saying that you'll try to improve the service was enough. I hope you never lack work; you seem very self-important as the owner.

We stopped at this restaurant during our tour of Vesuvius with our guide. Contrary to what other people say, I would gladly return even outside of the tour. Very good pizza and a spectacular view, with an unparalleled terrace.
