Kombu 7 In Mondovì

We ordered takeout. The food was excellent, just a little pricey. We enjoyed it, though!

The food is good, the bowls are plentiful, and the staff is friendly. Perhaps, compared to the prices of individual rolls or temaki, I was expecting something more unique. For example, even the seared salmon in the photo should have had a citrusy flavor, which I didn't detect. The bowls, however, are definitely worth it. The location has a lovely outdoor terrace, but the interior is also extremely unique and makes good use of a historic Mondovì location. Very easy to eat gluten-free and lactose-free.

I've only ever gotten take-out poke, the quality of the ingredients is high and the poke is imaginative and good, the staff is always kind on the phone and when picking it up.

Friendly and helpful staff. Fast service. My udon with vegetables and prawns are excellent.
