Kombu 7 In Mondovì

Excellent restaurant option, not the usual all-you-can-eat. Excellent food, friendly staff. Very satisfying lunch. Thank you.

We ordered takeout. The food was excellent, just a little pricey. We enjoyed it, though!

The food is good, the bowls are plentiful, and the staff is friendly. Perhaps, compared to the prices of individual rolls or temaki, I was expecting something more unique. For example, even the seared salmon in the photo should have had a citrusy flavor, which I didn't detect. The bowls, however, are definitely worth it. The location has a lovely outdoor terrace, but the interior is also extremely unique and makes good use of a historic Mondovì location. Very easy to eat gluten-free and lactose-free.

I've only ever gotten poke takeout there. The ingredients are high quality, the poke is imaginative, and delicious. The staff is always friendly on the phone and when picking it up.
