09/07/2025: We dined at Hana and were completely satisfied with the quality of the food. The seared tuna was truly excellent, perfectly cooked and rich in flavor. The rolls were also delicious, fresh and well-balanced, with a nice variety of ingredients.
Unfortunately, our table wasn't ready at the time we booked, and we had to wait over half an hour. However, the staff's kindness deserves credit: they offered us an aperitif and a plate of gyoza, a much-appreciated gesture that made the wait a little easier.
The outdoor setting is pleasant and quiet, ideal for a relaxed dinner. The interior, however, is elegant but a bit cold: very bright lights and a less than intimate atmosphere, making it not exactly suitable for a romantic evening.
Overall: excellent Japanese cuisine, courteous and attentive service despite the initial long wait, a nice location, but not the kind of place you'd expect for a date inside.

I discovered Japanese cuisine at this restaurant at the age of 39 and was blown away.
Dishes are prepared with obsessive care, explained by the owner Matteo with an incredible knowledge of the ingredients.
If you're not sure what to eat, Matteo will advise you and take you on a tasting journey that will surprise you.
I recommend everyone stop by the bar, either before or after dinner, for a cocktail freshly prepared by the owner.
