I am a regular customer of this place:
the place is nice, but it could be better looked after;
the people who work in this place are nothing short of exquisite and very polite, we have never had problems and we never will have them if they will always be there;
the food is really good and I prefer it to all the all you can eat in the province of Novara.
I'm sorry that this place is underestimated by people, because the people who work there really deserve a lot. Highly recommend

All you can eat formula.
Good food, even special dishes but small portions (reason for the 3 stars).
Normal waiting times.
Sore points, the orders still with pen and paper that anyone touches and then puts back on the table (an easily sanitized tablet would be better) and as mentioned the really small portions compared to the average all you can eat (example: the grilled salmon, would expect a slice or two... Instead two small squares arrive equivalent to half the slice you would expect)

I had lunch at this place and I can say that I ate really well.
The place is a bit spartan in its furnishings but the waiters are very courteous and attentive, the food is excellent and the service is very fast.
If I'm in the area in the future, I'll definitely go back for lunch.
I advise.
PS: the bathrooms could be improved (clean but dated).

I hadn't been there for years, it had never wowed me, but this time they succeeded, very kind and attentive staff, clean and hospitable environment, the food... good and a very good ramen, I'll be back, not in years!!

Sushi with ayce formula, with many special dishes. The food is really good. I recommend booking if you want to go at the weekend, because the queue at the entrance creates quickly and the service slows down a bit... however the waiters are very kind.
