Let me start by saying that this has always been one of my favorite restaurants in Florence, but I hadn't been there for a while and I came back today for lunch. The service is always very good and fast, the place undoubtedly has a very beautiful view as you can see the dome. Good sushi, average, good food, but I was disappointed by the "hot dishes". The gyoza and udon arrived lukewarm, almost to the point of being considered cold. The steamed ravioli, however, were not cooked well, in fact the dough was stringy and floury. Overall I was very disappointed given the memory I had of this restaurant, but I still think it is still very good, I just hope it improves on this aspect. To order, you use the QR code which can be scanned by a single phone, and you can order 5 dishes each at a time. The problem is that if you are with someone else, it is very inconvenient because you can only see the menu from one phone.
