The best sushi in Parma. Excellent dishes, a relaxing atmosphere, and attentive service.

For me, this is the best Japanese restaurant in Parma. Over the years, it has never lowered its quality, unlike many others. The wait staff is extremely courteous, the atmosphere elegant yet intimate, and the dishes... each one better than the last. An experience worth trying again and again.

The food is exceptional, and with a little more attention to service, it would be impeccable. Slightly more expensive than similar restaurants in the city.

There's not much you can do... in Parma, koi is in a league of its own... the restaurant is so superior to all the other sushi restaurants in the area that it's almost shocking... the service, the atmosphere, the quality of the raw materials, the friendliness... thanks for being there...

The best sushi I have ever eaten. This quality of rice and fish is not found elsewhere, excellent combinations that perfectly enhance the flavor of the fish. Exceptional chef, with dishes that are unmatched by any other restaurant in the category. The young waitress was very professional and kind. Highly recommended, if you like this cuisine you will not find a better one.

Buono ma si può migliorare. Tutto nella norma, locale nella piena tradizione del sushi a Parma. Fatta cena di sabato, 29€ . Solamente che per la stessa cifra si può mangiare un poco meglio ed in locali più carini.( e col parcheggio)

Really nice and intimate restaurant, with a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The service is attentive and well-groomed, with a kind and always available staff. The dishes are excellent: fresh and high-quality ingredients, well-balanced flavors. Prices in line with a good sushi à la carte. Recommended!

This time I discovered many new things on the menu, including the Shrimp Roll which pleasantly surprised me, with that mix of crunchiness and spiciness. But the Tintin Roll is always my favorite dish: a magical balance between salmon tartar, velvety avocado and that hint of spicy sauce that dances on the palate! The low-key atmosphere with soft lights and that elegant silence makes it perfect for a romantic dinner. Without a doubt, for me this is the best sushi in Parma.

Raffinatissimo ristorante nel centro di Parma, menù alla carta, qualità collaudata. L'atmosfera è elegante e soothing, dai toni notturni e meditativi, intessuta con richiami all'essenziale minimalismo giapponese, all'elegantissima fusione con elementi dal tocco zen/orientale. Servizio puntuale. Menù alla carta e porzioni abbondanti. Nel riso dei roll ho percepito una lontanissima nota di wasabi (non so se un'aggiunta della cucina o una mia impressione), a tal proposito, avrei preferito un riso scevro da ulteriori aromatizzazioni. Il riso di accompagnamento al sashimi di salmone invece, sembrava "riso semplice". Da grande estimatrice del pesce crudo, nata e cresciuta in una località di mare, un complimento va per la consistenza e il taglio del salmone, e anche al gambero crudo. Un grazie alla gentilezza e all'empatia del personale.
