Kohaku In Roma

Went here for dinner, ordered à la carte, however there was also a set meal option. Loved the design of the restaurant, the staff were friendly and professional, knew English and Italian. The food was amazing, everything tasted very fresh and was worth the price which is towards the higher end. In all think it was definitely worth it and will be back! Also something I appreciated was the offering of a free appetizer and dessert as part of our dinner, both simple but taste was amazing!

A beautiful venue with great refinement and atmosphere. Quiet, with the right background music, ideal for an evening of great conversation. The service was impeccable, with the staff being very helpful. As for the food, the sashimi was top-notch and hugely varied. Excellent tempura. The shrimp sushi was truly excellent, with three shrimp for the nigiri. I was a little disappointed with the wagyu. I ordered it as a carpaccio, which was too fatty for raw beef, and then a huge slice that wasn't very zen. I would have preferred it already cut into small strips. Overall, a good experience. I've been going there for three years now... always TOP

Fantastic experience. I had dinner here with my girlfriend for our anniversary, opting for the tasting menu, and everything was perfect! Our already high expectations were exceeded. The staff was well-trained and attentive (thanks to Steven, who was incredibly kind and professional), and the dishes were all excellent, with perfectly executed and absolutely unexpected combinations. We will definitely be back.

Kaiseki cuisine is a journey through flavors, but also through the ways in which food is prepared and served. Exceptional ingredients, impeccable service, and meticulous attention to detail. Prices are in line with the quality.
