We gave it 5 stars because it was exactly what we were looking for. The staff were very friendly, the food was tasty (both meat and seafood), and the beer was excellent! Definitely worth a try if you like fried food.

A great kiosk where you can grab a delicious swordfish sandwich and lots of other seafood! The menu on the wall is in English and Italian.

In the heart of Tropea, next to the Duomo, there's this wonderful seafood spot for a quick bite to eat. Excellent quality, fair prices, and considering the sheer quantity, you'll be satisfied. Come in, choose, pay, and they'll give you a number to call you in. The wait times are very reasonable. I highly recommend it.

Taverna Dei Borboni

15/04/2026: A restorative dinner after the stop on the parks' bike path. The pappardelle with wild boar was excellent, and the fennel and radicchio salad was also good. The recommended Amaro liqueur was delicious! Highly recommended!
07/04/2026: It's a very welcoming restaurant with fresh, traditional mountain food. The waiters are very polite.
