Koes In Tropea

Koes i Cuoppi Friggitoria is a true paradise for street food lovers! I tried their cuoppo and was impressed by the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Every bite is an explosion of flavours, from the light and crunchy frying to the tasty and well-balanced fillings. Absolutely recommended!

Heerlijke gefrituurde gerechten. Vriendelijke bediening. Lekker buiten op een bankje naast de kerk opgegeten. Een aanrader.

Very friendly staff... excellent quality

Very nice street food. Large portions: cones either filled with seafood, or the vegetable version with potatoes, breaded onion rings and more. The food is not super spiced, but it is fresh and still very tasty. If you need extras, you can ask for ketchup or lemon mayonnaise, which goes very well with seafood. It may also be difficult to eat shrimps that are in shells, but right next to the place there are a lot of benches where we can sit and somehow cope with it. I even managed to drink some wine on this bench. The prices are very ok. For 13 euros you can get a really large cone filled with seafood. I highly recommend it, especially if someone is hungry during siesta hours, because the place is also open then. Nice service. And you can eat with a really beautiful view of the hills surrounding Tropee.

Sorry! I have to revise the review. We ate here three times this time and they didn't disappoint. The dishes offered are very tasty. I can really recommend the panino from Tonno with the homemade onion sauce. What they do with the tuna fillet is cheeky and delicious. The menu was explained to us in a very friendly manner and our choice was prepared very professionally. You can enjoy your meal with an excellent view over the lower town of Tropea and the sea

We shared one portion as a snack with my boyfriend. It was delicious, but i think quite expensive for this amount (13€), and also with wooden stick was uncomfortable to eat onions. Also it is more takeaway service, because there is no places to sit.

Compartimos una porción como aperitivo con mi novio. Estaba delicioso, pero creo que bastante caro para esta cantidad (13 €) , y además con palo de madera era incómodo de comer. También es más servicio para llevar, porque no hay lugares para sentarse.
