Klaus is a certainty for those who want to eat typical German products. His courtesy and full willingness to explain the various specialties available (from the numerous varieties of beers to the different frankfurters offered) make his place a sort of German embassy, ​​a piece of Germany worthily represented. 05/11/2024: Rooms quite old. All the rest was superb
02/11/2024: "Superior" room below expectations, and not corresponding to the photos. There was a scent in the room that poorly concealed a hint of humidity. Window glass dirty both internally and externally (it should be the highlight, given the sea view), microbalcony not swept, but the best thing was finding the bin not emptied. All this gave a sense of sloppiness and little attention to cleaning. On the other hand, the restaurant was very good with attentive and fast service. Good welcome and kindness even if they forgot that the welcome drink was expected. However, they remedied my complaint by removing it from the bill. In conclusion: watch out for cleaning! The rest deserves an 8.

25/08/2024: Gentlemen, this is beautiful Italy, a quality restaurant, a wonderful square and we are in Sassoferrato, home of a great painter of Madonnas, everything creates an atmosphere of times that no longer exist. Highly recommended
25/08/2024: Highly recommended restaurant both for the food and the location which contributes greatly to making dinner appreciated. Located in the upper square of Sassoferrato surrounded by well-preserved historic buildings that take you out of time and away from the rush. Very relaxing. The outdoor tables are well distributed and well spaced. Try the paccheri carbonara, you have to wait but it's worth it. The service is fast and efficient.
