A nice place for an all-you-can-eat restaurant. Great variety of food. Pretty fast service, even though the restaurant was full. The tablet to order was a pretty interesting touch, a big plus for that. The restaurant has a modern design, but some music could have been nice.

Excellent restaurant, I ate very well, food cooked very well, you eat excellent sushi if you are a lover of Chinese and Japanese cuisine it is the right restaurant for you. An all-round restaurant worth stopping by and savoring their cuisine. The price is good with a fixed cost you can eat whatever you want without limits, excluding drinks.

I've been there often, I had a great time every time. Friendly, polite and professional staff. Toilets always clean and fragrant. Always available to find accommodation even for those who have not booked and very generous owners.

Externally it has a small car park. The place doesn't look like much from the outside, the wonder is inside, a place structured on two floors, possibility of ordering with your mobile phone by scanning the QR code on each table or using the classic tablet. Many dishes from Chinese to Japanese ones. Speed ​​in preparation and accuracy in plating. Excellent in everything.

14/01/2025: I think one of the places that surprised me the most positively. I booked on booking at a very fair price, and I never thought of finding accommodation like this.. The inn is nice, in a good quiet location. The welcome was excellent and the room was clean and tidy. An excellent view from the balcony. The breakfast that was not even included in the reservation was rich. I would like to be able to recommend it to you with complete peace of mind.

Hotel Boule de Neige

20/03/2025: We spent a wonderful week at La Boule de Neige, with six families of friends and countless children who felt right at home. The hotel is very well-kept, clean, well-located (literally on the slopes), and the food is wonderful. Thank you to the Boule family for this generous welcome, which we will all remember fondly.
25/10/2024: Abbiamo provato il Boule de neige durante una vacanza a Rhêmes Notre Dame. È situato nella frazione di Chanavey, 3/4 km prima del capoluogo Rhêmes. È un bell’ambiente di montagna. Il menù è abbastanza ricco e comprende prevalentemente piatti della tradizione Valdostana. Abbiamo iniziato con un ottimo flan di verdure accompagnato da vellutata di fontina. A seguire la Valpelinentse del Gran Paradiso: la zuppa tradizionale a base di pane, fontina, erbette, cavolo e cannella, servita nel tegamino in coccio. Davvero molto buona, ben equilibrata nei sapori. A seguire barbecue vegetariano composto da verdure miste ed una tometta grigliate. Non male come piatto, ma la tometta era molto piccola e le verdure poche (vedi foto). Decisamente scarso per € 16! Servizio un po’ lento, nonostante i pochi clienti. Prezzi leggermente al di sopra della media del posto. Ampia possibilità di parcheggio.
