28/05/2025: I met the nurse Maurizio Luce in March 2025, because I had to remove a kidney stone through extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL). Maurizio welcomed me and followed me with great care and kindness, clearly explaining the procedure I would be undergoing and at the same time reassured me by calming my anxiety.
