The menu is plentiful and good quality. It's a buffet, which isn't often the case with aperitifs these days. The drinks are also good.

Apricena starts at €18 (the price is NOT €15 as it appears in the photos), the price may increase depending on the drink you choose to accompany your food. The food is quite varied, but only one (1) dish is meat-based, namely chicken wings. Only four dishes are kept warm; all the others (pasta, pizza, casseroles, etc.) are not kept warm but served cold.
The place is nice, spacious, and quiet. WiFi is available (a necessity as there is no internet connection inside).
I think they need to offer at least two or three more meat-based options and, above all, more hot food to encourage customers to return.

Cozy atmosphere and friendly owner.

The place is nice but nothing special; the most unconventional part is the bathroom.
The staff is very friendly and kind, and their smiles are much appreciated.
The drinks were truly excellent! The buffet was very healthy, with chickpeas as the main ingredient, cooked in various ways but still chickpeas. They definitely pay attention to the vegetarian cuisine.
You can have as much of the buffet as you want, and the whole thing costs €15.
A special mention for the persimmon cake, it was excellent, a true delicacy!
The only downside was the music volume, which was quite loud; you had to raise your voice a bit to talk, but the playlist was wonderful.

I had dinner there twice in a row on both nights I stayed in Florence. The place is beautiful, both in terms of the atmosphere, the food, the staff, and the location. The place is welcoming, the staff was extremely friendly, and the variety of food is extensive. I really appreciated the buffet option with a drink included in the price (€15), which is very convenient. I really enjoyed it, and as soon as I return to Florence, it will be a regular stop!!!
