Beautiful modern interpretation of Sicilian cuisine

Good vibes, the decor is a bit tacky and the food is not up to the fine-dining standards. It's not bad most plates were forgettable. Loved the tiramisu though.

Have to say a lot of thanks for this place, after 1 week on the sisilia there was only 2 restaurants where was good food, one is less then 50m, but no one was excellent. We took tasting menu, from see to the land and it was terrific. I gave free hands for sommelier to deside vines and there was no even a time what was wrong, sizes of dishes, tastes, combinations and serving. For me it is really under big question mark, why some restaurants in Naxos and Catania has Michelin star, even these can't pretend on even mensions in guid, and this one has only mension. Hope you guys get a star very soon and not only one.

The service was excellent and contributed significantly to a very pleasant overall experience. We were particularly impressed by the warm welcome, the lovingly designed garden with its inviting atmosphere, and the little touches like the amuse-bouche and dessert with coffee. However, we had hoped for a bit more in terms of the cuisine: The dishes seemed to be prepared with high-quality ingredients – which certainly explains the price. However, we didn't find the pasta and fillet particularly original. We felt they lacked that certain something that would have given the dishes more refinement or depth. Perhaps our expectations were a bit too high with "Easy Gourmet," which is why the dishes ultimately didn't quite live up to our expectations. Conclusion: A wonderful service experience in beautiful surroundings – but unfortunately, the cuisine wasn't a culinary highlight, especially in this price range.
