A family dinner spent there with them. We ate a lot, the staff was very helpful. We didn't take pictures of the dishes, we were too busy eating.

Nice place, welcoming, very respectful and attentive to the comfort of the customer. Dishes arrive quickly at the table as well as delicious, there is also a wide variety of choices of dishes.. my partner and I have a great time every time.

I had already been to this Japanese restaurant when there was no all you can eat menu yet.. so I had tested the à la carte menu, and I must say that the quality of the fish was very good, well-presented dishes, refined and with well-defined flavors. Recently I also wanted to test it in the all you can eat version. Obviously, by changing the price, the "invoice" of the dishes also changes. The fish is always good but the quality, in my opinion, is a little lower than the previous one. In fact, in some dishes, the flavor of the fish was not highlighted but covered by sauces or other condiments. The place is very nice, with soft lights, making the atmosphere very quiet and refined. It's a shame that some of the staff are not very keen to work.

Kisen offers an à la carte sushi experience, without the all you can eat formula, in a refined and elegant environment, which reflects the quality of the dishes. The fish is excellent and the dishes are prepared with great care and attention to detail. Perfect for those looking for high quality sushi in a chic and calm atmosphere.

Very good sushi for all you can eat concept in a small town. Best among other sushi I tried in Busto. Don't expect Vancouver, Dubai or Moscow level of sushi, it's just not right to compare highly competitive places with this asian restaurant for local residents. If it were somewhere there I'd give it a 4*. I wish they offered some glovo delivery as well.

I don't understand the negative reviews since this place became Ayce, first of all, it's normal that if previously you paid three times what you pay a la carte now the quality was superior, but I can say that compared to other Ayce it is by far the best both in terms of the quality of the food and the service which is truly impeccable. However, I find that the quality of the food is very high for a very fresh fish ayce, dishes prepared with care and a service worthy of the best restaurants and finally much quieter and less messy than other really top ayces. Well done

Sushi di alta qualità , ampia scelta , locale moderno e pulito. Ho apprezzato i ravioli, gli uramaki ma anche tartar e carpaccio di pesce crudo freschissimo. Tornerò sicuramente!

Sono tornato volentieri in questo accogliente ristorante sushi, e di cucina asiatica. C’ero stato qualche tempo fa e ne avevo un buonissimo ricordo. Confermato! Come sempre l’ho trovato una salda certezza culinaria, soprattutto dopo l’arrivo di un nuovo menù che propone diverse scelte nuove, fusion, con contaminazioni di cucina asiatico-giapponese-peruviana-brasiliana, con nuove salse, pregevoli materie prime, sapori davvero inediti e molto interessanti ! L’ambiente è molto bello, ben illuminato e dai colori rilassanti, dona al commensale un’atmosfera accomodante e tranquilla, per poter godere appieno del proprio pasto. L’experience molto piacevole. Non c’è troppo rumore, ma nemmeno troppo silenzio. Il giusto. I tavoli, ben distanziati tra loro sono ottimamente disseminati su due vasti piani eleganti, i soffitti alti, le ampie vetrate, lo scenografico e solenne scalone centrale in ferro e luce e gli ordinati e luminosi banconi conferiscono all’intera venue spettacolarità e un certo fascino. I piatti che ho apprezzato maggiormente sono stati sicuramente: il black code, gli uramaki con scampi freschi e patata viola, la tartare Ebi-Salmon. Ottimi e squisiti! Per poi proseguire con una stupenda teoria di dim sum, dei fantastici bignè, vari, variopinti e variegati, la prelibata insalata Kisen. Il Sake teriyaki: eccelso. I termaki: sublimi. Il sushi l’ho trovato freschissimo e appetitoso, molto buoni anche i mochi in chiusura! A innaffiare la serata una selezione di nuovi cocktails ben eseguiti e una buona bottiglia di Timorasso. Personale molto gentile, cortese e professionale, il locale pulito, il conto corretto, giusto e in linea per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Consigliatissimo! Ho passato una piacevole serata nella migliore compagnia di vecchi amici, ci tornerò sicuramente!
