Everything was great, the only small flaw is that the bathrooms are too few for the number of people there, they should put a few more, but they are clean anyway.

If I could, I'd give the service 10 stars: a guy who works here, named Marco, was really kind, super efficient, and very fast. He served us with a smile and made the wait time fun, even though it was very short. The chicken was excellent, and the collaboration with Dragonball is truly fantastic. The KFC in Termini never ceases to amaze!

In fact, it was my first time and without a little English I would have been lost as nobody there understood German and the counter was only set to Italian or English.. annoying but KFC can't do anything about it, the constant street vendors standing next to you while you were eating and were really pushy and you had to refuse several times.. but that is more due to the location
