KFC Roma - Gioberti In Roma

As is the case everywhere, there were many employees of different nationalities here. It was difficult to communicate. Since we ordered from the phone, it wasn't a big deal. The dining area was quite small. The food was delicious.

Here's a review for Koreans~ ------------------------------------ (Written based on my experience on July 13, 2025) I was very worried after reading the old reviews. But I went there because this was the only place I could go at 8pm. Racism against Asians? No! There was none! Sour and bad food? No! So far, I'm fine! Late food delivery after ordering? No! No, it came out quickly in 4 minutes! Unfriendly staff? No! They never lost their smiles even though they were busy. Everything was resolved. The food tastes like KFC and the service is the best. By the way, if you ask the staff for the Wi-Fi password, they'll connect it for you. Enjoy!

Nice place and friendly and professional staff

Food was spot on I was impressed! Better than most kfc,s I have visited in Europe and UK! I had the zinger burger, tenders and wings must try all! Gravy was nice also and good seating inside!

Good is good, but what happened to the portions? The chicken menu now has only 2 pieces of chicken instead of 3, and there is no possibility to add one separately (another full menu needs to be ordered). Other than that, fast service and relatively clean (albeit small) restaurant

Dirty and the area is dangerous

The food was good, the restaurant was clean except for a cockroach on the toilet.

Nous avons mangé dans ce KFC situé Via Goberti, à deux pas de la gare Termini. L’endroit est plutôt propre, l’ambiance assez calme malgré l’affluence aux heures de pointe. Le personnel était correct, poli et efficace, sans être particulièrement chaleureux non plus. Le service a été relativement rapide : environ 10 minutes d’attente pour nos menus, ce qui reste très raisonnable. Côté nourriture, c’était correct, sans grande surprise. Nous avons pris des menus burger avec poulet pané, fromage fondu et sauce barbecue – le tout chaud, bien préparé, et plutôt bon pour ce type de fast-food. Mon père a pris la même chose, sans sauce barbecue, et a trouvé ça aussi satisfaisant. Ma sœur avait opté pour un petit menu, qu’elle n’a pas terminé, sans doute un peu écœurée. Ma mère a pris une salade César, mais elle l’a trouvée trop vinaigrée, ce qui a un peu gâché son repas. Globalement, ce KFC fait le job si vous êtes pressé ou si vous cherchez un repas simple et rapide à proximité de la gare. Ce n’est pas un incontournable de Rome, loin de là, mais ça peut dépanner en cas de besoin. Je ne le recommanderais pas forcément, sauf si vous aimez les standards de la chaîne et que vous voulez manger rapidement sans prise de tête. Note : 3 étoiles. Ça dépanne, mais rien d’exceptionnel.
