Very particular, charming place, beautiful, very nice service, but the only flaw was the chips, otherwise top quality!!!

I had lunch at KFC on Via Gioberti, just steps from Rome Termini, to try the Tender Crispy, and I left with a decent impression. The fillets seemed authentically stringy to the bite (a sensation consistent with a whole cut, not mechanically separated meat), with a dry, well-adherent breading: crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The frying was done meticulously, with no hint of used oil; in terms of aroma and cleanliness, I perceived the oil to be of good quality, likely managed with frequent changes/filtering, so much so that I didn't notice any heaviness or reflux. Regarding service, the manager and the employee were helpful, friendly, and thorough, with simple yet effective communication. I also noted a clean and tidy place, with the perception of adequate sanitization. It remains, by definition, a fast food restaurant: I wouldn't choose it every day due to its physiological fat content (including saturated fat), but every now and then it makes perfect sense. I wholeheartedly recommend it, especially given its immediate proximity to Termini Station. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or a quick snack without sacrificing decent operating standards. Wow... I didn't like it, sorry. Neither the chicken nor the ice cream, sorry. But oh well. Six of us ordered different things and it must be a bad day, I guess, because zero.

The classic burger is delicious, but the drink is not carbonated.

Lovely friendly place. Was in Rome for Christmas and New Year and just had to have a KFC 😃

Everything was great, the only small flaw is that the bathrooms are too few for the number of people there, they should put a few more, but they are clean anyway.
