In fact, it was my first time and without a little English I would have been lost as nobody there understood German and the counter was only set to Italian or English.. annoying but KFC can't do anything about it, the constant street vendors standing next to you while you were eating and were really pushy and you had to refuse several times.. but that is more due to the location

Really super fast thanks to the app ordering, I was served in less than a minute. Despite the chaos of Rome, there was room both inside and outside. The value for money exceeded my expectations compared to the other KFCs I usually go to.

Food was good! Piping hot and not too salty. But because it lies near the termini station, it's so crowded. The staffs can hardly respond to other request due to the big number of customers asking for the order. I praise their effort.
