KFC Roma - Gioberti In Roma

Not sure what happened today. Had to wait 40 minutes before getting the food. But otherwise food was great and place was cool.

Enjoyed the experience of eating here. The staff was very friendly, quick in performance of their tasks, and friendly to the patrons. Would recommend this location.

I tried KFC and, overall, the experience was satisfying. The chicken is definitely the highlight: crispy, perfectly seasoned, and always served hot. The portions are generous, and there are several menu options suitable for those looking for a quick but tasty meal.

Food was good! Piping hot and not too salty. But because it lies near the termini station, it's so crowded. The staffs can hardly respond to other request due to the big number of customers asking for the order. I praise their effort.

The chicken was tender with an intense garlic flavor, it's a bit different from the taste of chicken in Romania. Very nice employees.

It's past 9pm... I'm back at the KFC on Via Gioberti again... among the crowd I glimpse Issa again, who helped me with the order display, and the cleaning girl Achaa... two figures who emanate positive energy with their kindness and discretion... the staff behind the counter is kind and there's a calm atmosphere... at the cash register there's Krist, maximum professionalism... and I'm very pleased... also because the previous time a girl named F... at the cash register was unprofessional... rude and nervous and not just with me... to a colleague she said referring to me "you make THIS guy pay for it"... treated as if I were a nuisance... I hope it was just one episode and that it's not a habit.... ps. thanks to Giulio who that evening with his kindness and professionalism made the difference... tonight my grades are high... thanks KFC thanks to all the guys...

It's definitely worth it because the crispy menu is very good. Clean place, and if you can't find parking, there's the Happio underground parking lot. Free drink refills. Perfect stop after shopping at the mall. Strategically located near the Basilica of St. John.

Very good KFC where I tried the squid game menu which is very tasty for a fast food restaurant, it's a first! The wait was a bit long but Rome was stormed during the jubilee. Thank you

As is the case everywhere, there were many employees of different nationalities here. It was difficult to communicate. Since we ordered from the phone, it wasn't a big deal. The dining area was quite small. The food was delicious.

Here's a review for Koreans~ ------------------------------------ (Written based on my experience on July 13, 2025) I was very worried after reading the old reviews. But I went there because this was the only place I could go at 8pm. Racism against Asians? No! There was none! Sour and bad food? No! So far, I'm fine! Late food delivery after ordering? No! No, it came out quickly in 4 minutes! Unfriendly staff? No! They never lost their smiles even though they were busy. Everything was resolved. The food tastes like KFC and the service is the best. By the way, if you ask the staff for the Wi-Fi password, they'll connect it for you. Enjoy!
