I went with a friend to eat something, I found a guy named Andrea (I read his name on the receipt) who helped us with the order given my food allergies and clumsiness with the do-it-yourself order, he was very kind, polite and patient with our requests, he satisfied us with the menu immediately based on our needs, thanks Andrea, especially for your education and availability which unfortunately is not for everyone nowadays

The KFC in Arese is spacious and well-organized, with large seating areas and comfortable tables even when it's busy. It's always spotlessly clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is quick. The touch-screen ordering system is simple and intuitive, in true modern fast food style, but there's a unique feature here: refillable drinks, allowing you to refill your drink during your meal—a real convenience not offered by all KFC locations. The chicken is the star: crispy, perfectly seasoned, and always served hot. The value for money is also excellent, with generous portions making it perfect for both a quick snack and a dinner with friends. Plus, its location inside the Arese shopping center makes it extremely convenient for those already in the shopping area or who want to stop between shopping trips.

I came to KFC in Arese with my family for a quick lunch and we were very satisfied. The food was hot and tasty, the service was fast, and the staff was friendly. The place was clean, well-organized, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The kids had a great time and really enjoyed the nuggets and fries. Excellent choice for a quick, tasty meal while shopping. We'll definitely be back!

The KFC in Arese is always extremely crowded, with a frightening number of people, especially during lunch/dinner hours. Despite this, the staff is extremely fast and accurate, and wait times are very short. The quality is in line with the other stores in the chain.

Sandwiches probably cooked in advance. Cold chicken and dry bread. Too bad!

On July 5, 2025, the summer sales began and the shopping center was stormed in every sense. At dinner time, KFC was among the most crowded, and so a lot of time has passed since the order was placed. The guys who managed orders and deliveries were superb, they really spent complicated and exhausting hours. Unfortunately, the food was not up to KFC standards, it arrived cold. We will return and hope there will be fewer people and to find everything cooked and hot to perfection. A praise in any case to the commitment of the staff put to the test by the peak of customers to serve.

What a chicken! 🐔 I went to lunch at this KFC intrigued by the new squid game themed menu. The service is really fast. The chicken in this new Korean version is really delicious: sweet, crunchy, spicy, an explosion of flavors absolutely to try! The classic bucket menu, moreover, never disappoints. Free refill drinks and plenty of seating. Compliments to the tall, thin girl with glasses who served us. She really gave us a finger lickin' good meal!

I give 5 stars thanks to your collaborator Marco (curly guy with glasses), the payment for my order was made at 13:26 from the KFC website and accounted for due to a technical problem only at 13:46, so we didn't have an order number until then. Thank you very much for having patience despite the chaos to solve the problem and serve our order as soon as possible.

Spending little and getting full is still possible in 2025 with cheap and substantial menus and the possibility of refilling drinks. Of course, finding a free table in a place like this is often not easy and very often the hygiene of the surfaces is what it is counting the thousands of daily influxes but the cleaning staff always intervenes promptly .... I await other KFC openings ✌️
