My experiences at the Hotel Kesselwirt only relate to the integrated open restaurant, as I was/am not a customer of the overnight accommodation offer. Overall, the food was quite tasty and pleasantly priced. The reason why I unfortunately only give it 4 stars is that, in my opinion, there is a bit of a lack of ambience and easy customer processing in order to be able to accept new customers more quickly.

Siamo stati ospiti della struttura e abbiamo trovato molto soddisfacente sia la sistemazione alloggiativa sia il trattamento di mezza pensione. La colazione è ottima e con ampia possibilità di scelta, il paesaggio è stupendo immerso in una sterminata distesa di meleti. L’hotel si trova in una ottima posizione, accanto ci passa: 1) la pista ciclabile della Val Venosta che collega Merano a Passo Resia; 2) la linea ferroviaria (con relativa fermata) Merano - Malles; 3) il fiume Adige. L’hotel è particolarmente adatto per le famiglie con bambini. Per i grandi c’è anche una confortevole area wellnes con sauna, bagno turco e idro massaggio, tutto ciò che serve dopo una giornata tra i sentieri in alta quota. Tutto il personale è molto cortese e disponibile, ti accolgono con un drink di benvenuto. A me personalmente mi hanno aiutato ritrovando degli oggetti di grande valore affettivo che avevo smarrito nell’area welness e per questo gliene sarò riconoscente per sempre. In 2 parole il soggiorno presso l’hotel Kesslwirt è stata un’esperienza di alto livello che speriamo di ripetere quanto prima. Provate e non ve ne pentirete

Essen Preis / Leistung in Ordnung, Pizzen sind gut, Service lässt stark zu wünschen übrig in der Aufmerksamkeit und Zuverlässigkeit. Mehrfach die Bestellungen vergessen.
