The owners are kind and ready to satisfy the customer's needs or fix any mistakes that may occur. *They do not place time restrictions on bookings. I noticed that unfortunately the place opposite is extremely unfair, implementing disparaging policies of reviews and live reports both directly on the managers with scenes that I would report, and on the customers who are invited to boycott this place. I would recommend the local Caroline to think about doing their job well, with more kindness and quality. I've also eaten at their place many times and honestly I don't like their commercial aggressiveness. They are not at all available to remedy errors (which are human) even the pizza has sometimes had its problems. In short, they have work to do on themselves rather than waging war on kephas. I understand that every customer helps you survive, but by doing so you will both close. Cagliari is full of places that are committed to making customers feel good. Tips: team up, you will both benefit. Customers love a variety of venues and if you exchange them by talking well about them and doing the job well you will keep your customers. Sorry for the long time but I've noticed all this for over a year now.

I had dinner with my husband, I had a very good time with the kind staff and really good pizza with fresh and abundant ingredients... I also tasted a really good non-alcoholic cocktail... congratulations see you next time... recommended place... we ate inside and it's really very nice and welcoming, see you next time.. and thanks for the nice welcome...

Without infamy and without praise. Hasty and anxious service from the lady who took the lead. He approached us asking if we had chosen... although he was always kind and professional but too insistent. The pizza was good but not very good. Good at first as soon as it was brought, then as soon as it cooled it became woody. Now I don't know why, I believe in the electric oven. Heavy and poorly leavened dough. Halfway through the pizza I couldn't swallow it anymore. The stomach ache immediately afterwards was not long in coming. Normal place without particular embellishments. I count in the norm. I don't know if I would go again..

We read the reviews with poor ratings, but we had a completely different experience. Super friendly service! The food is fantastic and the tiramisu is highly recommended. We simply came back the next evening because it was perfect here!
