Delicious arancini, I've had them for three months now but I've shot at least a thousand in Palermo but here it's a fairy tale.

Quite a touristy place located in one of the busiest pedestrian streets in Palermo; offers delicious and fresh arancini. I tasted the one you see in the photo, baked anelletti, very good even cold and a traditional arancina with ragù which disappointed me: the rice was good and cooked well but the "ragù" had no pieces of meat. Average prices and fair given the size of the arancini.

We tasted arancines. We liked it very much. It's like our stuffed meatballs. But these are made with rice.

We tried the arancina with sausage and broccoli and the one with black pig ragù. Both very good, cost €4 each. Worth a try!

Piccolo e storico locale ubicato nel centro storico di Palermo con pochi tavoli alti all'aperto lasciati incustoditi e alla merce' dei clienti incivili, locale che non dispone (sara' poi vero ?) di servizi igienici. Personale supponente, presuntuoso altezzoso e saccente, nessun sorriso ed attenzione al cliente, per lo piu' turisti quindi non del posto. Vasta scelta di arancine ma non ti danno il tempo di scegliere, croccanti fuori e morbide dentro, ben farcite, porzioni nella norma. Prezzi non adeguati, esageratamente alti per uno street food

Le arancine più buone mangiate a Palermo e in pieno centro dove ci si aspetterebbero solo posti turistici. Provato sia la classica che quella prosciutto e formaggio. Prezzo 3.50 euro. Servizio veloce e molto gentile.

14/01/2025: Simple but elegant place. Really great ice cream. Perfect price, quality, wonderful flavors and finally the very soft brioches and it was after midnight. In the photo hazelnut and cream (very good) and mango, lemon and strawberry. Compliments. I absolutely recommend it, to be enjoyed while looking at the sea!
08/10/2024: It's like feeling at home!! Top goodness and friendliness!! From Piedmont I highly recommend this place!!!

01/12/2024: Amazing happy and energetic service to make us feel welcomed. 2 courses was little bit too intense with lack of balance for my personal taste. Like the pumpkin risotto with smoked duck breast or the pork cheeks with alot of strong and fatty flavours . I could have wished for a little more pungent and fresher kick than the curry mayo or something more sour than an sweet apple chutney. But the cheeks themselves were cooked to perfection. Great work, thanks for the evening.
15/11/2024: A family place where you feel at home. Friendly and pleasant staff. Mario, the owner, is a professional and customer-focused person.
