Katana In Genova

Super friendly staff, very, very good food, the only place we eat sashimi. They're atypical Chinese here, "Emilian" Chinese. As soon as you get to know them, you feel at home (so much so that they bring a table fan if you're hot at dinner). A regular stop every week. Try it and believe it! A truly amazing place. I'll start by saying that the waitress is very good, very sweet, and super helpful. The guy who makes the sushi is very clean and tidy. The sushi is beautifully fresh and not prepared before serving. They make it on the spot, so much so that you can taste the fried fish inside the sushi while it's still hot. And that's great for quality sushi these days. The food is also good, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. We're now at home here. CONGRATULATIONS TO THE ENTIRE STAFF.
