Kanji In Milano

I think it's one of the best sushi restaurants in Milan. This is my fourth time there, and I can't wait to go back every time. We went on Saturday evening, and without a reservation, the receptionist managed to find us a table for dinner. The menu offers a wide selection, with varied and inviting dishes. The service, despite the restaurant being busy, was fast and impeccable. We had a small mix-up with one dish: the receptionist himself, presumably the manager or owner, immediately came over to apologize and explain, also letting us know that they would give us a small discount at the counter. The restaurant is well-kept, and the staff is friendly and always smiling, which is not a given. The dishes are fresh and tasty: in particular, I think it's the best restaurant with flambéed nigiri/gunkan/uramaki I've ever tried. If you're passing through or looking for good sushi in Milan, I highly recommend it!

I loved it! For €23 we can eat unlimited, and everything is freshly prepared. I, who never eat raw salmon, tried it and didn't even notice the difference. The service and atmosphere are great, and the restrooms are clean. Make sure to make a reservation, otherwise you can't get in. I would definitely go again!

Very nice restaurant and excellent service The fish is good, but in my opinion they overdo it with the sauces.

The price is very reasonable: a Saturday lunch by the sea costs 24 euros, really cheap. The only downside is that they don't put rice vinegar in the sushi rice... it's not authentic at all!!

After watching tons of TikTok videos and a lot of sponsorships, I finally decided to try Kanji in the Central area. The restaurant is AYCE (lunch menu €17 Mon-Fri, €20 on weekends) with a very reasonable price, and in fact, considering the variety they had, it was even less than expected. I enjoyed the delicious appetizers, which aren't found at other sushi restaurants, like the tuna and truffle millefeuille or the crispy dice with salmon. I also found the option of giving four uramaki per flavor very convenient, so I could try as many as possible. The selection of more Chinese dishes is smaller than others, but rightly so—it's sushi after all. The service is very fast; you order from a tablet and everything arrives in a few minutes. Although the waiters are sometimes inattentive, they even got the water wrong twice, but nothing serious. In short, I left Kanji feeling full and satisfied! I recommend booking, though; it's very crowded. I'll be back soon.

A friend of mine introduced me to it last week, and I've been thinking about their sushi ever since. It's the best sushi I've ever eaten in my entire life: the ingredients are fresh and the combinations are unique yet fantastic. The place is elegant, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back!

For lunch, I was able to rate this A.Y.C.E. restaurant. The place is well-decorated and pleasing to the eye. The reason is easy to explain. The specialties offered were delicious. You can order five dishes every five minutes, and their delivery was extremely fast despite the restaurant being fully booked. I will definitely be back.

The quality of the food is really good, but every time we go we come across new restrictions on the items we can order!!
