Kanji In Milano

My regular sushi spot for 7 years now, delicious! Most of the waiters need to be re-trained; the last time I went, they were getting all the orders wrong for everyone, and many items never arrived, despite being requested multiple times.

They've changed location, so much so that I visited the restaurant over six years ago. We happened upon it and only later realized it was the same restaurant, but in a different location. Thankfully, the service has improved and the atmosphere is very elegant. Average sushi. Old review from 2019: I had high expectations, but the food preparation is too slow, resulting in a long wait between dishes. In the end, we left without even waiting for all our dishes to arrive, annoyed at having to ask every time, after waiting in vain for 15 minutes for the rest of our order. My tempura was still on the counter, getting cold as I left. The sushi is okay, but nothing exceptional; the rice tends to crumble and not stay together as it should. You can eat much better in Milan, even among the AYCE restaurants. My bill was €48 for two AYCE menus + one bottle of still water. Crossed out.

Little choice at lunch but excellent quality food and very fast service

The quality of food did not meet the quality of its decor. Some dishes were good in the taste, but the ingredients were not fresh / graded enough to carry out the dish. The all you can eat menu, plus service fee, excluded drinks and desserts.

I tried sushi at Kanji: there is a huge variety and you can order everything directly from the tablet. The food is served quickly to the table and always looks good. Some types of sushi were really good

One of the best restaurants where I ate sushi. Recommended. And also very close to the Central Station 350m.

One of my favorite all you can eat in Milan. The tartare is very good, and there is always so much variety!

I totally loved this place! It’s luxurious and has cool concept. You can order anything from the menu for €32 and eat as much u want.
