This place is a real gem! 🍕 The staff is smiling and friendly, and they really make you feel like a welcome guest, not just a customer. The owner(?) entertained our two-year-old daughter by showing her fish, a guinea pig, and turtles <3 The pizza? Absolutely amazing 😍 The whole thing is complemented by a calm, pleasant atmosphere—perfect for a get-together with friends. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

An excellent family-run pizzeria. The pizzas are excellent, with a wide variety of flavors, and the pizzoli sortinesi are also excellent. They also offer house and premium wines, and a selection of well-known beers. And what can we say about the delicious rustic potatoes, both with the skin and regular? Impeccable service and a warm welcome await. Reasonable prices. Reservations are recommended.

I can recommend Kalispera with a clear conscience. The team was very service-oriented and attentive. The manager offered us her support in English regarding the menu and gave us appropriate advice. The best part, however, were the sometimes very unusual combinations on the pizzas. The selection was very large, and there was something for every taste. The pizzas we chose were very tasty. Fun fact: they were named after our daughters. The aforementioned daughters and other children were also there, and there was a wonderful, family-like atmosphere. If we hadn't traveled further the next day, we would have come back.

07/08/2025: It's not the place you'd go for a romantic dinner, but it's worth it. Arancini, pizzas, vota vota, involtini, and more...all truly excellent and high-quality. Even in busy moments, the lady doesn't get impatient and serves everyone with a smile, courtesy, and professionalism. Again, not a romantic place, but a convenient one for a quick snack.
06/07/2025: The best rotisserie between Pachino, Marzamemi and Portopalo, everything is delicious, both the arancini and the sfoglia and also the stuffed pizza (votavota/caicca) at any time of the day they continuously churn out all the rotisserie, excellent value for money, top quality products that you can taste and smell, cooked very well, with every bite you savour the true flavours of Sicily, at least the southern part which includes Pachino, Noto, Portopalo and Rosolini.

05/08/2025: I had a truly pleasant stay at Borgo degli Ulivi and can't say enough good things about it. The atmosphere is relaxing and immersed in nature, perfect for unwinding. The food was excellent, with authentic dishes rich in authentic flavors: you can taste the quality of the ingredients and the passion with which they're prepared. Every meal was an experience to be fully savored. The rooms are charming and furnished in a rustic style, very welcoming and perfect for those who love a touch of tradition. Clean, well-maintained, and with a truly pleasant view of the surrounding greenery. A highlight is definitely the pool: large, well-maintained, and in a panoramic location. Ideal for relaxing on sunny days. I absolutely recommend this agriturismo to anyone seeking tranquility, good food, and an authentic setting. I'll definitely be back!
