The MicoMare restaurant in Le Castella is an authentic corner of paradise capable of offering a unique experience to lovers of seafood cuisine.
Under the sky of Le Castella, on a panoramic terrace, which offers a breathtaking view of the crystalline sea and the city's Castle, we had the privilege of being the first to taste an innovative and special dish that I like to describe like this: a precious stone represented by a rose of pasta filled with fish and shellfish, set in a bright, delicious and above all citrus-scented dish, in short, a true culinary jewel.
Following, definitely recommended, is the chef's strong dish, the panko-breaded tuna, a truly extraordinary second course. The preparation was perfect: the tuna, fried, with a red heart inside, accompanied by a fresh cream and a reduction of berries, was a riot of unexpected and absolutely delicious flavours.
The meticulous attention to the customer is pleasantly striking, in particular from the young Antonio, who with professionalism and friendliness was able to recommend every course, from the appetizer to the dessert, making the experience even more special.
A special applause to the chef, who was able to create original and high-impact dishes with impeccable technique.
MicoMare is undoubtedly a restaurant that knows how to offer an unforgettable gastronomic experience, a must for those who visit Le Castella!
