Kaiyo Sushi In Trieste

I really enjoyed eating at this restaurant. I was thrilled by the delicious dishes made with very fresh and high-quality ingredients. The waitress was friendly and accommodating. During both visits to the restaurant, she asked whether the dog needed water and even filled the bowl with fresh water in between. The ambience is calm and pleasant and the room is nicely decorated. I'd love to come back here!

The place is welcoming and nice, it makes the most of the internal spaces, soundproofed from external traffic, but it would need a little more maintenance. The food was good but not wonderful, I expected more for what I paid: a ramen so I could eat it at home; the sushi was ok; mochi a little stale. Nice waitress, very kind, welcoming, but she seemed a little out of her element.

As soon as you walk into the restaurant it feels like you are in Japan - the decor, the music its a whole vibe. The sushi was extremely delicious, the fish was fresh and the crispy rice (Nobu style, iykyk) was the bomb. If you like sushi you should visit.

Good is good, nothing to say... the flaw here is that it's not all you can eat but there is a fixed with which you can take a very limited number of dishes... frankly I eat a lot more 😅

Dont get the ramen!!! Everything else is sooo good and I don't know why they even offer the ramen which doesn't compare to anything else on the menu. The noodles aren't fresh and the egg is fried which is a bit of an odd choice. Everything else is genuenly amazing though so we honestly didn't want to take off any stars for the lackluster ramen. The sushi is absolutely fantastic, you can tell all the ingredients are really fresh. The temaki are really great too and the gamberi fritti are also really really well made and fresh. I would really reccomend sticking to the 12€ menu because you get your money's worth and more! The staff were also nice, although we wish they had brought all the food out at the same time. Will absolutely be coming back here many times!

Assolutamente uno dei sushi più buoni che si possono mangiare a Trieste e dintorni. Vario, saporito, prezzo giusto e locale carino con personale gentile. E poi non serve scendere in città!
